The 60-Day Launch & Lead Generation course is where your business begins to move from preparation into action. During this phase, the focus shifts from setup and learning into real conversations, real opportunities, and real momentum.
This course is designed to help you start actively building your pipeline by combining lead generation, practical experience, marketing, and exposure to real-world real estate activities. You’ll begin applying the systems and tools you learned during your first 30 days while building confidence through repetition and consistency.
Throughout this course, you’ll host open houses, practice lead follow-up, build SmartPlans, learn pricing strategies through CMAs, attend inspections and closings, create social media content, and begin having daily real estate conversations. You’ll also continue developing your understanding of both the buyer and seller process while learning how to confidently communicate with clients and prospects.
The goal during this phase is not perfection — it’s momentum. Real estate success often comes from consistently taking action, staying connected to people, and learning through experience. This course is built to help you become more comfortable being visible, having conversations, and actively participating in the business every day.
While the course is structured around a 60-day timeline, agents are encouraged to move at their own pace and may complete the material faster depending on their schedule and activity level. The purpose is to create confidence, consistency, and real business-building habits that continue beyond your first 60 days.
