30-Day Launch Plan
Welcome to the first phase of your real estate career journey. The 30-Day Launch Plan is designed to help new agents build a strong foundation by focusing on the essential systems, skills, and habits needed to begin generating momentum in the business.
Throughout this course, you’ll complete key onboarding steps such as setting up your technology, accounts, and tools, joining the appropriate boards and services, learning the systems you’ll use daily, and gaining practical hands-on experience through guided activities and real-world practice. You’ll also begin developing one of the most important parts of your business — your Sphere of Influence (SOI) — by learning how to confidently connect, communicate, and build relationships with the people already around you.
While the course is structured as a 30-day plan, agents are encouraged to move at their own pace and may complete the material faster depending on their schedule and experience level. The goal is not simply to finish modules, but to create the habits, confidence, and consistency that lead to long-term success in real estate.
