90-Day Production & Momentum

The 90-Day Production & Momentum course is designed to help you transition from learning the business into consistently operating your business. By this stage, the focus shifts toward building predictability, strengthening habits, generating results, and creating long-term systems that continue beyond your first few months in real estate.

Throughout this course, you’ll focus on daily lead generation, building stronger follow-up systems, creating consistent marketing habits, growing your pipeline, and turning conversations into active business opportunities. You’ll continue refining your communication skills while learning how to manage clients, appointments, contracts, and relationships with greater confidence and consistency.

This phase is about creating momentum through action. Real estate success rarely comes from one big moment — it is usually built through repeated conversations, follow-up, consistency, and staying connected to people over time. The habits you build during this stage often become the foundation of your long-term business.

You’ll also begin focusing more intentionally on tracking your numbers, identifying what activities create results, refining your systems, and creating a business structure that can continue growing over time.

While the course is structured around a 90-day timeline, agents are encouraged to move at their own pace and may complete the material faster depending on their activity level and business growth. The goal is not simply completing tasks — it is building the consistency, confidence, and momentum needed to create a sustainable real estate career.
