I joined Keller Williams in 2011. At the time I was a single agent looking for direction, support and a way to scale my business. Fast forward to the end of 2024 and our team of 17 agents and employees closed over 230 units for the third year in a row. To say I was able to get direction and support is an understatement. Joining KW and plugging into everything they have to offer not only changed my life but my family’s life as well. My first 8 years in real estate were with a traditional brokerage that did a great job at making agents feel welcomed. A focus, however, on education, training, and teaching systems fueled by leverage was not a part of their model. The trajectory of my business, and hence my world as a whole, took a dramatic shift in 2009 when I joined Keller Williams. Learning how to truly run an MREA business, learning the leverage series and the system on how to get into business with talent, learning how to succeed through talent, and a focus on raising up my leadership skills have all been paramount to growth.  This has culminated into opportunities to then launch and lead market centers as well as becoming a part of the leadership teams in regions and two different platforms (Livian and now PLACE).  I continue to be stretched every day while also touching the lives of so many which fulfills the passion that led me to get into real estate 24 years ago.
